Cross-Venue Arbitrage

The challenge

The fund wanted to capture cross-venue spreads automatically across CEXs and on-chain venues, without uncontrolled risk or yet another fragile script needing constant attention.

What we built

We built a Rust engine connected via websocket to twelve venues (CEX, Solana DEX aggregators and Hyperliquid), with latency-aware routing, configurable exposure limits, kill-switches, structured logging and a real-time Telegram dashboard for monitoring and manual overrides.
