Polymarket Resolution Monitoring Bot: UMA Proposals and Alerts
How to monitor Polymarket resolution proposals, challenge windows, disputes and redemptions without relying on a manual calendar.
How to monitor Polymarket resolution proposals, challenge windows, disputes and redemptions without relying on a manual calendar.
The rules are the primary input
Store each market’s resolution source, end date and edge-case language before trading. The title is not enough to determine the valid outcome or when a proposal is safe.
Track the resolution state machine
Monitor proposal, challenge deadline, dispute, second proposal, DVM vote and final resolution as separate events. An undisputed proposal may resolve quickly, while a disputed case can take several days.
Alert with evidence
Notifications should include market identifiers, proposed outcome, bond, deadline, resolution source and links to supporting evidence. Escalate ambiguous markets rather than automatically disputing them.
Reconcile settlement
After final resolution, stop execution, value winning and losing positions correctly and track redemption transactions. Keep the proposal history for PnL and incident review.
Build resolution-aware automation
