The challenge

A 10k collection needed a mint that wouldn't break under load, kept gas low for minters, supported a fair allowlist, and looked trustworthy enough to convert a cold audience.

What we built

We shipped a gas-optimised ERC-721A contract with a Merkle-tree allowlist, and a Next.js + wagmi frontend with wallet connect, live supply, and a clean mint flow. Load-tested and deployed with a step-by-step launch runbook.
