DeFi Staking Protocol

The challenge

The client needed a staking protocol that could scale to multiple pools without redeploying, auto-compound rewards to maximise APY, and pass a security review for a planned public launch — all on a tight timeline.

What we built

We architected an upgradeable, factory-based pool system in Solidity with auto-compounding vaults, a timelock-governed treasury and role-based access control. Every function shipped with full Foundry test coverage, fuzz tests and an internal security review covering reentrancy, overflow and access-control vectors before a single mainnet transaction.

Results

• $4M+ total value locked within the first month
• 100% test coverage, clean internal audit
• Gas costs ~30% below the original reference implementation
• Zero incidents since mainnet launch
